Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your email address and password (stored as a one-way hash: we never see or store your actual password).
• Your character's gameplay data: name, level, inventory, stats, quest/achievement progress, and: if you join one: guild membership and any messages you send in guild chat.
• Which in-game tabs you visit and when, tied to your character (not your IP address or device): used only to understand which features actually get used.
• Anonymous signals about how new visitors move from the landing page into the game (for example, that a "Play now" was tapped), tied only to a random id kept in your browser: never your email, IP, or device: used to understand and improve how easily new players can start. When you delete your account, that random id is reset and the signals it collected are disconnected from it.
• Which days you play, tied to your character: used to count how many players are active and how many come back, shown only to the game's admin as totals.

What we don't do

• No advertising, no ad networks, no third-party trackers. The game shows no ads and loads no advertising scripts.
• We don't sell or share your data with anyone.
• Guild chat messages are visible to your guildmates, not to the public.

How long we keep it

For as long as your account exists. If you delete your account (available from the in-game header, or by emailing us), your character, inventory, and all associated gameplay data are permanently and immediately removed from our database: this cannot be undone or recovered. Guest accounts that are never saved are removed the same way after 14 days without play.

When an account is removed, we keep only anonymous totals it was part of, such as "40 players were active on this day" or "12 of the players who started that day came back the next day". These totals contain no name, email, id or list of your play days, and nothing that links them back to you.
